If our extensive experience has taught us anything, it’s that people just want to be treated fairly, with dignity, recognised for their efforts and paid correctly.  As such, we are always mindful of the Fair Work Act and recognise the implications of Code Compliance and Federally funded projects. We recognise each individuals’ efforts, celebrate their good work and manage expectations around performance improvement. 

Our commitment to our employees is underpinned by the Infraworks Performance Assessment Ranking (TIPAR) system, a management tool we use to measure individual performance based on a range of criteria, including safety, punctuality and on the job performance.
